What we are doing in resort for you
* Arrange a pre-departure call-out service so that a member of our resort team will contact you/your party leader to see if you need any information before you depart.
This is available for direct bookings (made at least 4 days prior to departure) when a telephone number has been provided.
* Liaise with the best ski schools and equipment shops in order to provide you with a tailored service. For example, in Courchevel 1850, we use a ski shop that provides a mobile service, so they can bring the skis and boots to you! We also use smaller, more specialist ski schools who are able to provide a variety of private lessons, clinics
and group offerings.
* Offer chauffeured Crystal Finest minibuses at the beginning and end of the ski day for selected properties.
* Offer a 5 day ski guiding service in the Chalet Hotel St.Louis for skiers of an intermediate ability and above
* Offer qualified nannies for all of our childcare. If you do use our private nanny service, you will be given a local mobile phone in order to keep in contact with the nanny.
* Offer a Massage Therapist service – we have our own trained Massage Therapists in most of our European resorts and have a fully mobile service available to our guests.
