Our chefs and chalet hosts are not only extremely competent in the kitchen, but their cheerful and relaxed nature really contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Ensuring that every part of your holiday runs smoothly is the role of our Resort Managers/reps who are all well versed in their resorts and will be able to assist with any queries you may have. Our nannies are all fully qualified and their genuine affection for children and their learning will ensure that your children are not only well cared for, but flourish during their time in our care.
Our resort staff will give you a quick ring before you go on holiday to see if there is anything you may need to know, prior to departing. Please note that we can only offer this service to customers that book direct with us (at least 4 days prior to arrival) and leave a telephone number.
