What we are doing in the UK for you?

What we are doing in resort for you?
* Offering direct-to-resort transfers
•Arranging a pre-departure call-out service so that a member of our resort team will contact you/your party leader before you depart to see if you need an update on the snow conditions/what to bring/the essentials. Please note that we can only offer this service if you book directly with us (at least 4 days prior to arrival) and leave a contact telephone number and not through a travel Agent.
• Liaising with the best ski schools and equipment shops in order to provide you with the best service. For example, we use a ski shop that provides a mobile service in Courchevel 1850, so they can bring the skis and boots to you! We also use smaller, more specialist ski schools who are able to provide a variety of private lessons, clinics and group offerings.
• Offering qualified nannies for all of our childcare. Also, if you use our Crystal Finest private nanny service, you will be given a local mobile phone in order to keep in contact with the nanny.
• Offering a Sports Therapist service – we have our own trained Sports Therapists in most resorts and have a fully mobile service available to our guests. Wherever possible, our massage therapists will visit you in the comfort of your chalet bedroom. Taking time out of our often-stressful lives and indulging in a massage is a wonderful way to unwind and get your body back in line. This service is payable locally
