The Experience

The beautiful resort of Selva lies at the heart of the world's largest ski area - the Dolomiti Superski, with no fewer than 460 lifts and 1220kms of piste.The Sella Ronda is a famous route - a 26 km circular tour with well groomed pistes and spectacular scenery and picture-perfect mountain huts along the way.

Selva is an enchanting village with traditional Austrian style architecture. There are gentle nursery slopes for the beginner, unsurpassed skiing for intermediates and extensive areas within the Super Dolomiti ski area. Head over to Arabba for the steeps.

The area is well known for its fabulous mountain restaurants. All have tremendous character and great food at a modest price. Don't miss The "Panorama" at the top of the Dantercepies or the cosy "Sangun" and rustic "Baita Gamsblut" in the Secada sector. Off the slopes, there is plenty to entertain with a sports centre, snow-shoeing, tobagganing and sleigh rides on Alpe di Siusi.
