The Experience
Whistler is a resort designed by skiers for skiers and encompasses two great mountains that are Whistler and Blackcomb. There are beautiful scenic runs that meander down the mountain and finish off at the village - fantastic for beginners. In December 2008, the new Peak to Peak Gondola opens linking Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and making it even easier to ski on both mountains on one day.With over 200 marked runs covering Whistler and Blackcomb, the resort is also an intermediates paradise. For the more advanced, there are endless wild chutes, couloirs and bumps. There are also 6 massive alpine bowls offering limitless off-piste skiing and oceans of powder, plus 3 glaciers ensuring guaranteed snow.
