Built in 1897, this Art Nouveau hotel is the most traditional and famous in Kitzbuhel. It combines architectural flair with modern comfort and is set in a lovely garden location. It has its own wellness suite and 2 indoor swimming pools, a sauna, steam room, saltwater shower, relaxation room and a drinks and tea corner. It is ideally located - just a 5-minute walk into the village itself and a few minutes further on to the Kitzbuheler Horn cable car.

There is a breakfast buffet, which includes a health section, 4-course evening meals with salad buffet and daily coffee and cake served in the winter garden from 3.00-5.00pm. Also included are non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet during the day.

The rooms and suites are spacious and are in the traditional style of the house. All are with private bath, WC, hairdryer, safe, radio, telephone and cable TV. Quad rooms feature one room with Austrain twin and double sofa bed.
